Tribute Gifts
Honor loved ones, commemorate special occasions, or proclaim your family’s affection for the fairgrounds with a tribute gift. The purchase of a bench, pavers and tree memorials or adopt a piece of the restoration. All contributions are fully tax deductible.

Pavers are available in three sizes:
4×8 PAVER
$250, 4 lines of text, up to 14 characters per line
8×8 PAVER
$500, 5 lines of text, up to 14 characters per line
12×12 PAVER
$1000, 6 lines of text, up to 16 characters per line
Bench
Add a beautiful and functional scroll bench with an engraved plaque. Your contribution will not only serve as a commemoration, it also will provide a resting spot for guests.
Trees
Select a new tree to be planted within the fairgrounds. The perfect setting to honor a loved one or mark a special occasion with a lasting tribute.

Volunteering
Whether you can give a few days a year or a few hours each week, your contribution will help the Fairgrounds thrive.
We accept court-ordered community service hours and students requiring volunteer hours for school or an organization (ages 13 & under must have a parent/guardian onsite during their shift). Task include information booth attendants, general assistance, setup/breakdown for event, custodial duties, and much more!
Special Event Volunteering
Help make our Signature Events great by volunteering with us at Annual County Fair, ChowDown Freedom Festival, Harvest Fest Trunk-O-Treat and Festival of Lights & Holiday Village.
